How do I submit employee hours?
We’re all about flexibility, so YOU choose – You can submit payroll data via email or fax; or via 24/7 online access, where you simply enter employee hours, or via an import from our Time Management system.
Can I transmit my payroll data into QuickBooks?
With each payroll we can email you reports that will import your payroll information into QuickBooks. You can opt to pull in just the journal entries, or both the journal entries and the net checks. Note: The online version of QB requires add-on software in order to accept imports.
How do I get my payroll once it's completed?
We offer a variety of options for receiving your payroll packet — In-person pickup from our Antioch office or we can email it to you, both of which help you avoid delivery fees. Or, there are various mail options for you to choose from, as well as courier service. We’ll help you choose the option that best suits your situation.
Can I pay my employees with Direct Deposit? And, is there a cost?
Yes, employees can choose to receive their pay via Direct Deposit or a live check. There is no additional cost for Direct Deposit.
Who will prepare W-2s?
Your Payroll Department will prepare and file W-2s for you, accurately and on time.
Can employees view their paystubs and W-2s online?
Secure online access, available as an option, allows employees to print and save their paystubs and W-2s at their convenience.
Will I have to file and pay my taxes?
Your Payroll Department will calculate and deposit payroll taxes and file tax returns for you, helping you avoid penalties for late or inaccurate payments.
Will I be able to talk to a real person?
Yes! You will have a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to personally assist you on an ongoing basis.
