Meet Our TeaM
Marcia has filled many roles in Your Payroll Department over the years. She first started processing payrolls, then moved to converting clients into our current system and tackling new client set ups. She then became the tax and finance coordinator specializing in timely payments, quarterly returns, as well as W-2 /1099 preparation. Now overseeing the daily operations of the department, Marcia has a passion for learning new processes and sharing them with others. She enjoys the challenge of finding new ways to improve on our clients' overall experience.
Tax & Finance Coordinator
Krissy came to Your Payroll Department with a banking background, making her a great asset to our team. She handles all of our clients' tax payments and oversees the ACH transactions as well as new client set-ups. Krissy is on a continuous quest for knowledge and loves to dig in and figure out how new systems work. Her cheerful personality brightens the day of our staff members as well as our clients.
Andrea, long-time native of Your Payroll Department, takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer care. Often times, Andrea can be found on the phone, deep in conversation with her clients. Not only is Andrea attentive and perceptive to their needs, but she takes the time to get to know each individual and figures out what works best for them. Andrea loves her job and loves her clients. Andrea always brings joy to the office with her quick-witted sense of humor. Andrea's positive, fun and friendly demeanor has a long lasting effect on her teammates and her clients.
Kari joined the Your Payroll Department team with more than 20 years of customer service experience. Kari is organized, meticulous, and eager to lend a helping hand wherever she can - and, with her bright outlook, she's a joy to be around, to boot! Kari cares for her clients and genuinely enjoys freeing them from the tedium and worries of payroll. When her workday is done, Kari loves making her backyard beautiful and traveling with her husband and their three kids.
Say hello to Allyson! With her fascination with the past and its impact on current events, Allyson graduated from UW-Madison with a B.A. in History. Her passion for learning and attention to detail later led her to the world of payroll processing. And the rest, as they say, is...history. When Allyson isn't crunching numbers, she enjoys reading, cooking, and snowmobiling/ATVing.
Vicki joined Your Payroll Department in September 2017 as an Administrative Assistant. Vicki is a team player who is eager to help wherever needed to get the job done for our clients. She values her many years of excellent customer service and strives to exceed the client's expectations. Vicki has a friendly and upbeat personality and always has a smile on her face. Outside the office, Vicki enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. Vicki can be found watching and cheering on her daughter during a softball game or spending time outdoors camping, hiking and enjoying other fun outdoor activities.
Shelley handles the "Print, Pack and Ship" room for Your Payroll Department. This is where all checks and reports are printed. She is the detailed last check of each payroll before it is sent out to our clients. Shelley coordinates the different shipping methods and makes sure the packages go out on time, as well as keeps the equipment stocked and well maintained for optimal performance. On a busy day, you'll find her surrounded by three running printers and the check folding machine, perfectly calm and collected despite the whirl of activity.
Emma is the Human Capital Management (HCM) specialist for Your Payroll Department. Emma's love for all things payroll began in 2006, when she took on a role as a payroll CSR. With her patience and compassion for client care, Emma has been a perfect addition to the YPD team. Payroll and ACA compliance can be complicated. When you need clarity, you can count on Emma to guide you. And, if you need that clarity in Spanish, Emma’s got you covered – she’s fluent en español!
